Vaishali Vyas, an Electrical Engineer by education, has been making a meaningful impact in the field of early childhood education for over a decade.Founder of Paddchinh since 2010 and Franchise Owner of Little Millennium Airoli since 2017, she has dedicated herself to the growth and development of toddlers. With a track record of more than 1300 kids graduating from her preschool, and an additional 300 plus kids benefiting from her Daycare & Activity Centre services, Vaishali is a trusted figure in the community. Using an activity-based curriculum and play-way teaching methods, she ensures that children up to 8 years old receive the best educational experiences.Beyond her preschools, Vaishali is committed to enhancing education. She conducts training programs for teachers and organizes various activities in NMMC schools and nearby societies, ranging from creative arts like Ganpati Idol Making and Kandil making to joyful activities such as rhymes, dancing, and creating play zones.She believes in real-world learning and often takes her young charges on field visits to places like fish markets, vegetable markets, salons, and supermarkets. These experiences, along with visits to community helpers like hospitals, post offices, fire brigades, and police stations, provide valuable, hands-on learning opportunities.Always hungry for knowledge herself, Vaishali has been leading the Inner Wheel club of Airoli as President for the past two years.
