Following the completion of my role as a Student Staff leader I was invited to contribute to the program in an Admin Student Staff capacity. As part of this role, I work with and train the Student Staff, liaise with NYSF partner organisations, organise the student staffing of the program and coordinate the daily delivery of the program.

Each year, participants from the NYSF Year 12 Program are selected to take part in the NYSF Student Staff Leadership Program (SSLP). As a Student Staff leader, I then helped to organise and deliver the program to participants the following year.

As a part of the Girl Power in STEM program with The University of Melbourne from 2018 to present, a 4-day camp aided me in understanding possible pathways focused on areas of STEM. The continuing individualised mentoring program with a university lecturer in 2020-21 has helped me understand the scope of opportunities in the academic setting, both research.
