About Vaibhav Thakkar

I am currently pursuing my M.S in Robotics from University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). I am particularly interested in the field of Physics inspired Machine learning for robotic control systems.Previous to this, I worked as a Research Software Engineering Intern at CERN, contributing to a compile-time automatic differentiation system for high energy physics experiments in C++ . I was an early (among the first 50 members) Software Engineer at DevRev, where I worked for a couple of years on implementing distributed microservices in Golang, and also played around with the protocol buffer compiler plugins.
