With a foundation deeply rooted in civil engineering, my journey stands as a testament to resilience and a passion for shaping the infrastructure landscape. As a seasoned Civil Engineer, Professor, and Engineering Project Manager, my experience spans 12 years, covering a diverse array of projects, from bridges to transportation infrastructure and buildings.My journey, anchored in civil engineering, intertwines with a dynamic political career. Serving in pivotal roles at the Government of Georgia, the Parliament, and Tbilisi City Hall, I've seamlessly blended leadership and governance experience with my engineering expertise.I hold a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from the Georgian Technical University, contributing to research centers and leading Civil Engineering Bachelor Programs at Ilia State University. As a co-founder of HVL Engineering, operating in Prague, Czech Republic, and as the director of the Georgian Engineering Business Group (GEBG), operating in Tbilisi, Georgia, I've played a vital role in significantly contributing to the field.My commitment to excellence received prestigious recognition with the Presidential Order of Excellence in 2013.
