Serving as the leader of Viz’ security function including design, deployment, management, and review of information security processes that safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all Viz information assets.• Enhancing, executing and monitoring a complete Security program, in strong partnership with internal R&D, Engineering, IT, HR, Legal and customer-facing teams.• Leading and maintaining all certification efforts (including SOC2, ISO, CIS Standards, HIPAA, GDPR and more).• Being responsible for the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures and guidelines.• Create quarterly, annual and long-term cyber security and cyber risk management.• Being the voice of security internally and externally, promoting awareness, and collaboration with numerous stakeholders.• Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure adequate resourcing of cybersecurity program.• Maintain company Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Response Plan.
