Developed new and value analyze existing flow meters and weigh/time calibrators utilizing flow dynamics and thermodynamics.Developed, conducted flow analysis, and constructed weigh/time calibrator 10,000 GPM capacity, and 2" to 16" diameter turbine meters for water flow measurement, and other flow meters. Participated in NIST research of flow patterns over various obstacles and how it affects flow meteraccuracy and precision.
