Charged with oversight of training and operations for more than 30K Soldiers and garrison operations for 60K family members. Oversight of more than a 100 million annual budget. Led organization change to meet downsizing directives, reducing the staff by more than one-third while incorporating National Guard Soldiers; collaboratively shared lessons and best practices that were adopted across the Army. Engaged and coordinated with key leaders in support of the US response to the Ebola epidemic in Liberia. Synchronized efforts between the 101st Airborne Division, US Army Africa, US Africa Command, USAID, sister services, the UN mission in Liberia, multiple non-governmental organizations, the Armed Forces of Liberia, and several allied nations.

Afghanistan: 2013Developed, led, and evaluated operations, training management, human capital, talent development, organizational operating systems and operational employment for a brigade consisting of 4,400 Soldiers comprised of over75 specialty fields. Responsible for over a billion in equipment and 10-20 million in annual operating budget. Led organizational change through the inactivation of the brigade, reassigning over 4K Soldiers and redistributing over 66K pieces of equipment and 28 facilities in less than 120 days. Collaboratively shared lessons and best practices that were adopted across the Army as best practices.In combat, responsible for more than 8,000 personnel in more than 15 different organizations. Partnered with and trained Afghan Police and Army units, comprised of more than 15,000 security professionals.

Personal coach, mentor and advisor to 20 different Brigade Combat Team Commanders, each responsible for the training and employment of more than 4K Soldiers in 7 or more battalions. Coached effectiveness and efficiency in organizational and operational systems.
