An Interim Manager with Prince 2 training, significant UK based and international criminal justice experience and a sound commercial understanding. As part of a Change Team I have recent experience of service re- design, and change implementation, mobilisation and transformation. Experienced in delivering complex projects and portfolios in the UK locally, regionally and nationally in the public, private and third sectors and in delivering projects internationally. I have been involved with major contract tendering, implementation and management including Transforming Rehabilitation, Bail Accommodation and Support, (BASS or SABS) and European funded Employment, Training and Education projects in custody. My experience and skills are transferable to other ‘people’ based delivery in health, employment, education and social care. I have worked at a senior level as a commissioner and provider and in the last 15 months I have been responsible for commissioning services, contract development and management, partner and stakeholder management, team development and release planning.
