With over 16 years of experience in learning and development, I am a passionate and dedicated manager who works as a business partner for L&D within Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS). I have successfully implemented and managed the Learning Management System (LMS) for the organisation, as well as led a small team of L&D officers.As a certified and accredited executive coach and leadership mentor, I facilitate and deliver training on various topics related to management and leadership, such as problem solving, performance management, feedback, and coaching. I also provide coaching and support for staff facing redundancy, career transition, or personal development.
