I have over 15 years experience in my field off life-coaching and holistic health - mental health support . With in caring for adult with server metal and disability health .I done persona care meals meds overnight .listen skills communication.I personal live daily with my own physical and mental health. Which I set my own goals and achieve them. I done personal care plans .moving and handle .seizes and got management .I can offer coaching one on one and groups online or in local communities .I also,set up events over the years .Most recently was 2022 I put on a charity event for Marie curie cancer .I also trained team members .run hotel Volunteer in after school .club with children some with special needs I. Done shop work I managed the store stocked shelves.done stock taken .cashed up . Unlocked and locked customer care and customer service .worked on tills .In my hotel work I was responsible for customer care bookings services to rooms cleaning bed charging .making sure tea trays and other essential stocked up and each room full supplied .locked up sigh ing in off guest I had cleaning experience in hotels shops and restaurants Customer care skills community service skills and so much more in the care community and listen skills Mental health support which included keeping the person safe and others involved .I had responsibilities off medication management and give the patient meds and person card plus I’m good with Dibetc people and t house with seizesI also love animal care .treatment and nutrition .I been to networking events and organised a few .I’m very passionate in helping people from different backgrounds.
