I am currently a student at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana studying Real Estate. I had always found the Real Estate industry as a very reliable career path ever since my father introduced it to me. While in high school, I worked at a local restaurant, Eddy’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, where I got experience in the hospitality industry. In my position at the restaurant, I would be greeting sometimes over 100 new people every shift as a host or food runner, helped me develop more of my extroverted personality and refining my social skills. Along with my social refinement, I strengthened my personal value on patience and communication, helping the shift run more smoothly. During my first semester I have been able to branch out and formed new bonds with great people. During high school I was very involved with Riley Dance Marathon, and for a year and a half I headed our spirit committee trying to get people excited about RDM. I have continued my RDM career at IU and I hope to gain a leadership position once again to further help the kids at Riley Hospital and surpass goals we didn’t think were possible.
