I am a marine biology and marine fishery double degree student with a minor in diving technology at Texas A&M University at Galveston, graduating in the Spring of 2025. I have developed various interpersonal and practical skills thanks to my diverse work background. As a diver, I hold certifications in open-water diving up to 100 ft, diver first aid, nitrox diving, and more. I have completed an internship at the Sea Life Facility at TAMUG, where I learned various water quality testing methods and aquatic animal husbandry. Thanks to my time at said facility, I have been certified by AALSO as a Level 1 Life Support Operator. I have volunteered with Texas Parks and Wildlife at their Coastal Fisheries Lab in Dickinson, TX to further my knowledge of practical skills and sampling techniques.
