Compile electronic lists, edit Board letterhead and apprise senior leadership, the Philanthropy and Communications department and other peers to aid them in their grant submissions.• Assemble all minutes, appointee letters, jurisdictional budget approval confirmations and other significant correspondence regarding the Board and Advisory Council activities for compliance with state and federal guidelines.• Deliver a wide range of administrative tasks to support the CEO and/or senior leadership members when needed. Tasks include greeting visitors, a variety of financial reports and purchasing, maintain CEO's contact database, critique internal and external communications and information before dissemination, stay informed of all events and occurrences within the agency in order to be a resource to all by redirecting when appropriate to resolve calls, referrals or issues, facilitate coordination of CEO and/or JABA sponsored events, and problem escalation to ensure prompt resolution.• Clarify and consolidate electronic files. Envisioned a better network folder structure; adopted by some peers. Learned new software to convert historical minutes from hard copies to searchable PDFs.

The event included lunch and door prizes; feedback from the surveys received and comments made resulted in a successful event that led to numerous referrals to obtain some of the devices shown or discussed.• Orchestrated the continuation of a community wide effort to increase public awareness of the importance of advance directives. This initiative was under the auspices of the Central Virginia Advance Directives Collaborative (CVADC). Analyzed the data to identify gaps, areas of concentration or reinforcement to achieve successful community outreach and health care awareness.
