The expression go big or go home is one I apply to my everyday life. In the past year I had a baby, decided to apply for advancement at my current employment, and begin my college journey. Luckily I am passionate, driven and very organized so I have been able to do all of this without feeling like I'm letting things slip through the cracks.I am currently in my first year at Lakeshore Technical college pursing an associate's degree in business administration with an emphasis in management. So far the classes I've taken have focused on familiarizing myself with Microsoft Office and business applications, learning how to network and operate with the business professional world, and a deep focus on both verbal and digital communication techniques. I currently am attending my courses online due to being a full time employee at Rockline Industries. In my 6 years at Rockline Industries I have become very versatile in the production departments. I currently hold a phase 6 machine operator position in the Coffee Filter department however I have also worked in their Wet Wipes and Vision Park departments. In my position I am responsible to maintaining the all quality, safety and production standards within my lines. I am very analytical and process driven so I am utilized as the go to person when other coworker's need clarification or support. I have recently applied for the Team Lead position in hopes to gain management experience and work towards my goal of entering the quality assurance field within the company.
