As a member of the Women Who Code Atlanta Leadership Team, I have had the privilege to meet, mentor, learn from, and enjoy the success of our incredible Atlanta tech community's women and allies. This role involves event planning, event hosting, and public speaking.

As a Developer Advocate at StarTree, I am responsible for building and nurturing the thriving community of developers using Apache Pinot. This is accomplished by organizing events, writing educational blogs, creating video content, and speaking at technology conferences and Meetups. While all aspects of my role are important, I take pride in speaking engagements above all else, as they provide me the opportunity to interact with community members in a meaningful way, and build relationships.

At Salesforce, I had a crash course in enterprise software deployed well! Across various projects, I was able to work with Jenkins, access management, and supporting internal developers to deliver thoroughly tested managed packages with impressive frequency.

During my time at Airbus, I had the joy of deploying a fun product to GCP, using kubernetes and docker, and Jenkins for CI/CD. I automated manual tasks with bash/shell scripting, wrote a disaster recovery plan, acted as scrum master for a time, and dove into learning about Agile methodologies.

While in this role, I delivered MERN-stack instruction and curriculum to 100+ students. I engaged students in the material, provided feedback and assistance on their course work, and helped them begin their careers in web development.
