As a member of the Investor Relations team, I am leading all the aspects of external communication to reinforce attractively and to maintain the affectio-societatis with the Solvay reference shareholders, building plans to drive our corporate image on key priorities (strategy, business growth & innovation, sustainability, values, creation of value), defining the key messages and actions to put in place. I am also involved in specific topics linked to corporate social responsibility, crisis and reputation management, event & coaching for executive management in close collaboration with legal team and global public affairs team. - Facilitating an open dialog with the investment community and Solvay management to build a long-term relationship based on credibility and trust.- Streamlining and strengthening Solvay ESG communication: organization of ESG webinar (slidedeck, script, Q&A) with Executive management, engagement with top shareholders during ESG roadshows and before the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.- Integrated Annual Report: process management, promoting the narrative and key metrics for growth and ESG key metrics. - Event management: Annual Shareholders Meeting, webinars, roadshows, investors' fair, site visits - Leading the Solvay capital increase communication campaign in 2015: media plan, press release, brochures, Q&A, interviews.- Active role in the partial demerger project of Solvay into two new independent standalone companies in 2023: developing accurate communications material and messaging strategy for shareholders, leading the pre-engagement campaign preparing the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting with investors and proxy advisors (definition of the target audiences, collaboration & support to the executive management, edition of content - slidedeck, talking points, Q&A.

As part of the Sustainable development team, I was in charge of the internal and external communication. - Leading the REACH and GHS internal communication campaign: content (key messages, intranet, internet, newsletters, brochures for customers & suppliers), working closely with the Public Affair team.- Defining and implementing SD strategy: animation of internal network, organization of events: SD days, internal conventions. - Defining the extra-financial reporting process: structuration of the KPIs, elaboration of sustainable barometer for the ELT, development of a internal reporting tool, realisation of the sustainability reports, working with auditors, engaging with extra-financial agencies,- Leading the coordination of the SD objectives and actions with local authorities- Working closely with legal, businesses and procurement teams to implement Solvay SD objectives with customers and suppliers: "customers questionnaire", supplier code of conduct, together for sustainability approach
