As the founder of Start BI, a company within the Duo group, I bring innovative solutions in data analysis and process automation to drive business growth. Acting as a BI consultant and Power BI specialist, my work is characterized by creating BI strategies that transform the analytical culture of organizations.My journey in Business Intelligence began over 10 years ago when I participated in the implementation of the Qlikview tool at Grendene, where I worked as a cost analyst. From the beginning, my focus was on automating and accelerating the data analysis process. Later, I implemented Microsoft’s Power BI tool at Piá in 2015, shortly after its launch, establishing a long and deep connection with Power BI.Over the years, I have been involved in several BI and analytical culture implementation projects, which led me to found my own consultancy to share this expertise with more companies. My mission is to transform professionals into analytical thinkers, enabling them to use data to improve processes and accelerate businesses, not just to justify past actions.Our consultancy is strategic and comprehensive, working end-to-end in various business areas. I am proud to have led projects for major corporations such as Vale, Arcelor Mittal, iFood, Rede Globo, Docile, Hypera Pharma, PicPay, among others, promoting the implementation of a results-focused analytical culture.In addition, I have trained and mentored many professionals over the years, always with the aim of teaching and fostering an analytical mindset within organizations.
