-Managed approximately 40 active client cases and prepared complex immigration petitions including: UVisas, VAWA for both male and female petitioners, Family Based Petitions, Asylum Applications, Cancellation of removal petitions, Waivers. among others-Represented clients before US immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings

-Researched and drafted memoranda on business issues regarding FMLA liability, guarantor liability and covenants not to compete -Reviewed and revised motions, responses and other civil litigation documents

-Drafted subpoenas and managed case files during trial to expedite prosecution-Participated in consultations with both current and prospective clients-Researched Illinois traffic and criminal laws
