Management of INTERSOS intervention:- Provide technical support and guidance for the implementation of 10 COVID-19 pre-triage posts in 3 hospitals and 7 health centres in Ninewa and Salah Al-Din governorates.- Support the implementation of NCD clinic in one health centre with a cohort of 550 NCD patients. This includes training for the health workers, provision of medical supply, implementation of a patient file and data collection, follow up system by phone call, community awareness and referral system.Led remote health needs assessments in multiple health structures, including KIIs and FGD, in conflict areas with high influx of Iraqi returnees (more than 36,000).Review and update ongoing project proposal for non-cost extension approval by donor, as well as develop new project proposal and concept notes for donor agencies (GAC, ECHO, Stichting Vluchteling, BPRM, OCHA).Participating to monthly health cluster meeting, in collaboration with the national authorities, UN agencies and other NGOs. Member of the strategy advisory group of the national health cluster and of the national cash working group.Analyse project data and monitoring the evaluation of the activities, as well as developing surveys and post distribution monitoring in collaboration with the MEAL department, to strengthen and address project gaps.

Democratic Republic Of The Congo

Oversaw and managed MSF interventions:- Coordinated the Ebola Transit Centre of 12 beds for suspected Ebola cases, covering an area of 20000 population.- Coordinated a community engagement strategy in 4 villages and collaborated with 65 community health workers to sensitize the community about infection prevention and control measure, early detection of cases and acceptance of dignify and safe burials.Collaborated with the Ministry of Health and international organizations to efficiently coordinate the activities: participating at weekly Ebola commission meeting at regional level.Conducted health infrastructure assessment and collaborated with other NGO (e.g. IRC) regarding the distribution of infection prevention control activities in the catchment area of 20000 population.

Democratic Republic Of The Congo

Oversaw and managed MSF interventions:- Coordinated the Ebola ring vaccination program in 45 villages (1663 participants vaccinated).- Participated in an epidemiological study to evaluate the safety of the Ebola vaccine: questionnaire and three follow up visits (at the 3rd, 14th and 21st day from vaccination) for each person vaccinated.- Successful closure of the project: preparatory meeting with the hospital director and community, donation of medical equipment to the hospital and logistic equipment to the community.Collaborated with the Ministry of Health and international organizations to efficiently coordinate the activities.

Nigeria

Evaluated the health needs among returned migrants from Libya (7 semi-structured interviews and 4 focus group discussions).Identified opportunities and risks assessment for future intervention and presented a project proposal.

Ethiopia

Managed 3 inpatient and 5 mobile outpatient nutritional programs for Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in four communities.Conducted one time nutritional screening in one community to assess the health needs in that area.

Central African Republic

Oversaw and coordinated healthcare activities in a 170-bed district hospital:- Managed a team of 100 medical and paramedical professional.- Supervised the medical procurement of drugs and all medical equipment.- Oversaw the outreach activities in 4 remote health centres.Conducted project management for MSF:- Conducted data collection of the project health activities and surveillance of public health issues in the geographic area of Bossangoa. Analysis and interpretation of those data.- Prepared and submitted monthly reporting and project proposals.- Participated in the capacity building of national staff in cooperation with the Ministry of Health (training, bed side coaching).Participated to weekly health cluster meeting, in collaboration with the national authorities, UN agencies and other NGOs.

Democratic Republic Of The Congo

Oversaw and led public health interventions:- Designed and led a large measles vaccination campaign: vaccinated 130,000 children between 6 months and 15 years old, in 13 days intervention.- Collaborated with a malaria disease control study: survey about the use of mosquito net in Baraka.- Created and designed EPREP kits for Cholera, Malaria, and Nutrition. The prototype was available for donation to the Ministry of Health and for MSF to prompt intervene in emergency scenario. - Managed and led a team of 55 healthcare professionals to deliver a variety of services.Conducted assessment and evaluation:- Implemented a sentinel surveillance system to collect information about possible outbreak and population movement in the South Kivu province.- Directed exploratory missions to assess the health needs of the population.

Democratic Republic Congo

Coordinated primary health care services in 3 remote health centres (each with 1000 consultations per month).Supervised and reorganized the nutrition ambulatory program for children under 5 years old.Developed and implemented a community strategy providing treatment service for malaria, pneumonia and diarrhoea.

Sierra Leone

Provided nursing care in the 20-beds Ebola Treatment Centre.

Haiti

Supervised and reinforced the implementation of universal standard hygiene precautions.Assisted the head nurse with the reorganization of the 15-person department

Iraq

Trained 20 nurses in infant-related nursing practice: feeding technique, CPAP use and basic neonatal care in the University teaching hospital.Strengthened breastfeeding practice and implemented Kangaroo Mother Therapy.

South Sudan

Supervised 5 teams covering three neighbourhood of Malakal in a meningitis vaccination campaign.

Bergamo, Italia

Provided basic and advanced nursing care to adults and babies with different pathologies: cardiac diseases, very low weight infant, trauma patients, septic shock, etc., using key medical devices: high frequency oscillatory, ventilator, central venous and arterial catheters.
