I have been working in the communication industry for over 20 years, with experience in advertising agencies, design studios, and marketing departments across various sectors. I started my career in advertising, working in creative teams and developing campaigns for diverse clients. During my time in agencies, I developed a strong affinity for digital media, which has become my primary focus over the years. Since then, I have dedicated my work to understanding human behavior in interactions with digital platforms. I organize and implement agile work processes for design and, through Design Ops, contribute to implementing a design culture within companies.My interest in user experience led me to study neuroscience and positive psychology to better understand the current impact of digital content consumption, its psychological effects on consumers, and how to create platforms with more user-friendly and empathetic interactions, considering devices as an extension of human experience.Currently, I am one of the individuals responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and disseminating design processes within the Customer Experience department of a large insurance company. Among my key responsibilities are integrating and disseminating the company's culture to design teams, implementing the development of a design system for web and app platforms, and ensuring visual consistency across different company channels. Additionally, I am a member of the Design Ops team, serving as the design chapter. I contribute to the implementation of team integration processes, organize events with relevant themes for the field, and strengthen relationships among stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
