I had multiple functions at once in my work at a public school. At the end of my work period at the school, graduating students rewarded me with the "teacher of the year"-prize at their graduation show in front of the whole school1) I earned a part-time teaching position in several subjects for a special needs class and in a 7th grade class. I was responsible for independently structuring and executing teaching courses. 2) I was a substitute teacher in all subjects in all grades. This position required me to be change ready, creative and have strong communication skills to be able to quickly plan and execute classes on a (very) short notice.3) I was a pedagogue in special needs classes for children with ADHD and autism and at spare time clubs. From this work I have learned to be attentive to individuals' needs and adjust my work to people from a variety of social and psychological backgrounds in both social and academic contexts.
