Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the software products "Fulfillment Engine" and "Payment Framework" for Millicom (Tigo) in 6 countries in Latam and 3 in Africa, concurrently.This includes project planning, budgeting, monitoring and team management in four time zones.

• Be the leader of a multi-disciplinary team in charge of developing innovative solutions for clients, besides maintaining thought leadership and expertise by using new technologies• Engage in the consultative sales of digital solutions that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business• Design, manage and deliver a 5-year strategic vision for digital solutions, products and services• Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique business opportunities• Lead the design and implementation of insight-driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience implementation, and timeline execution• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue through a defined target prospect list of organizations• Create relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive business development with potential clients and stakeholders• Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, influencers, and buyers to position company´s value proposition• Partner with creative teams, technologists, account managers and advertising executives to ensure successful project handoff and work is appropriately positioned for long-term success• Participate in sales and marketing related efforts including webinars, presentations, trade shows and conferences• Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, system requirements, and benefits achieved from utilizing company’s digital solutions• Scope and prepare statement of work, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and how company’s capabilities can uniquely address those needs• Develop and engage strategic partners to ensure company’s internal capabilities are bolstered and enhanced to better manage and deliver workflows.
