Responsible for supporting the design, development and integration of all technical infrastructure such as hardware systems, software/applications, web portals, internet and intranet connections, firewalls, servers and systems security on to the E-Services platform.

• Managed a group of technicians overseeing the overall operations and support for all IP, Data, Transmission, Fixed Networks, Mobile and MDF operations.• Provision and install FTTH infrastructure - Hardware and Software• ADSL core installation, provisioning and maintenance.• Assist with TV installation, provisioning and maintenance.• Provision local, regional and international transmission circuits using optical switches and Digital cross connects.• Provision and install PRI services• Install, commission and maintenance of voice infrastructure for native voice and VoIp services.• Provision and maintain key DSLAM (ADSL/VDSL) services.• Assist with customer design and implementation solutions.• Provide key KPIs for RNC and key mobile operations.• Install and assist with commissioning of BTS and RNC integration for expansion.• Work with ILO operators for key integration and installation services.
