I'm an energetic and goal-oriented person. For the past 30 years I have enjoyed new challenges and I still do every job with a passion.I use the experience gained in various work positions with pride. I started as a carpenter, continued as a shift manager, workshop superior, manufacturing director, technical director and now I lead a company. I am goal-oriented and honest, hold myself and my colleagues accountable. I have a high work ethic and good communication skills. Collaborating with people is easy, I've had good luck with team building. Good at leading technical and technological projects.At the moment me and my team are working on increasing the amount of sales, mastering new markets and developing new product collections. For the years 2024/2025 we are making the largest investments in the company's history, which will largely improve the flexibility, productivity and efficiency of manufacturing.
