Acting Human Resources Manager at the community level. Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable of employee union contracts, customer contracts, and HRIS guidelines to confirm regulations are met. Utilized creativity and attention to detail to develop and keep track of payroll efficiency, employee health and welfare benefits, employee and supervisor relations, disciplinary actions, and billing and receiving. Prepare weekly payroll and budget reports for upper management to monitor and certify compliance with company budget and labor laws. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate on-boarding processes of new employees to ensure quality training and knowledge of positions.
