Valencia has been a certified WAKO-Accredited Kickboxing Trainer for almost 10 years since 2012.She has been the co-founder of a women's only Kickboxing Fitness gym since 2013 (Active Zone). Valencia also serves as the Secretary-General for the Kickboxing Federation of Singapore and a Committee Member of the Singapore Fitness Alliance.Valencia is also a recent YSEALI Professional Fellow for cohort 2022 and has recently been selected as a mentor for Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) Program 2022.She has also finished top 80 in IOC’s Young Leaders Programme in 2020 with her social business project and was a UNITE 2030 Youth Delegate (Cohort 4) with her winning UNITE 2030’s Top 5 Global Youth Changemakers and bestowed the ‘Youth Action Award’ and was Team Lead/mentor in Cohort 5.She continues to enjoy impacting young changemakers in all spheres of life to give back to others by inspiring and mentoring them.
