As a Co-EP, Valen maintains large scale projects across a variety of platforms, from web and digital short forms to series, pilots and specials. She works with the various teams through pre-production, production and post production with creativity, an eye for detail and a bit of fun. With problem solving, innovation and collaboration, she ensures the best.

As a Senior Producer and Writer, Valen tackles larger projects from initial concepts to scripting, production and post. She helps manage the various aspects of production from client management to execution of the creative in the field. She maintains the projects remain on budget and all deadlines are met.

As production supervisor, Valen has a hand in all Red Arrow Industries' productions, big and small. From developing the concept to delivery, she helps the production teams with managing the project as a whole, allocating specific roles, directing research, writing, developing the creative and executing the directives on set.

As an associate producer, Valen helped ensure the productions went smoothly by handling crewing and shoot day logistics as well as aiding the pre-production process in research, writing and creative.

I do general secretarial tasks as well as work for various departments, as needed, in the UT College of Law.
