In my current role as Chief Operating Officer at New Directions Community Outreach Services, Inc., I develop and implement strategies, procedures, and business plans to achieve company performance goals and objectives. Additionally, I cultivate a top-talented team through providing ongoing support, conducting employee performance evaluations, and administering corrective actions, as needed. Prior to that, I was Case Manager at Offender Aid Restoration, Inc., where I provided direct services and counseling for employed post-release clients. As a result, I championed clients’ successful attainment of established goals, including continuous employment and financial stability. I obtained a Bachelor of Science from Virginia State University where I majored in Public Administration. During my academic studies, I was recognized three times as a Dean’s List Honoree.
