Discussions et décisions des récompenses avec les responsables de structure et la directrice VDI. Planification de recrutements et d'évolution du réseau pour année N+1- Prise en charge du Service Après Vente : gestion par e-mail des retours de marchandise. Transmission du matériel au service technique. Saisie des BL pour renvoi des pièces neuves ou réparées. Traitement des avis clients collectés via Avis Vérifiés.- Co création et administration d'un site web hébergé par Prestashop : aidé d'un développeur web, adaptation et configuration d'un site web marchant pour mobile et tablette. The venture is specialised in selective retailing of autonomous korean water systems for tap water filtration called EVA.This very first experience abroad as a trainee was linked to an overall mission, which was increasing the customer portfolio, through four axes of work :- Coordination and supervision of the sale of the company’s goods (Supervising orders, Data processing, hosting and related services).- Finding new clients or buyers in an area (Sales prospecting, telephone solicitation).- Distributing promotional items and advertisements.- Conducting professional customer service.This intership taught me that that businesses are evolving in a networked world, in which managers are asked to be as responsive as possible, mastering different languages (besides English, which is a necessary prerequisite), and eventually able to adapt easily to any context or given changing situation. Moreover, the relationships established with foreign business partners, the understanding of what is nowadays expected from businesses and the requirements of customers I supplied with goods convinced me of the necessity for companies to work internationally in a better and stronger sustainable way.
