Actions:- As a business travel consultant, I book flights/trains/rental car/hotels for larges, medium and VIP accounts as Procter & Gamble, Lesaffre, Manitou-group, Wargaming, Prodware.I answer e-mails, phonecalls, using our own website to make bookings, Amadeus and various tools to identify every customer, to categorize calls and mails and more. - As a coach, I was in charge of 2 trainees for 6 months each. I've teached them all the about processes of the company, amadeus, selling skills, and all about Travel consultant job in general. - As a project manager,I'm helping with the fusion between Expedia and Egencia working environment on the technological side. I have to ensure the transition for all the travel consultants on my point of sell (Lille). I report and share difficulties with the new tools in order to improve or/and change the settings to deliver the best to the employees. I am also currently working on a project to test new servers in Europe in which I head a team of 10 testers.
