I conduct research projects and build AI to support private equity professionals.

I benchmarked the performance of and developed improvements to prompt-tuning techniques of LLMs.

In this role, I developed AI models for various internal and external projects using state-of-the-art NLP techniques.

Here, I conducted a statistical validation study of a globally used assessment tool, involving data collection with Amazon Mechanical Turk, statistical analysis, and project management. In a follow-up project, I advised executive management on effective changes for excellent performance and competitiveness.

I prepared individuals and groups for their university-level exams in research methods, statistics, psychometrics, and multivariate data analysis.

I taught students academic research skills in weekly classes, guiding them through their first year at Leiden University.
