From the moment I started my role as a Customer Support Representative, back in 2013, my whole professional journey was about learning.I wanted to learn how to better support our customers and also how to help others learn and achieve more. Three months as a back-up trainer convinced me that the Learning and Development field is the place I want to work next.Being a Learning Enablement Specialist for the last 4+years deepened my understanding about the ADDIE model (specially for Implementation and Evaluation), SuccessFactors LMS reporting (completion and evaluation) and stakeholder management. Moreover, activities like Delivery Partner engagement, communication, continuous process improvement were part of my core priorities and helped me become a trusted advisor.
