I'm a self-starter, organized, and competitive worker. I have been involved in customer service, fulfillment, and, most recently, food service for the last 6 years. I am a results-driven, self-directed, and passionate problem solver in every environment. I have been looking for a place that values hard work and great leadership. I possess those qualities and many more and love being involved in the big things every company does. I am candid and enthusiastic. Love working in collaborative environments or independently. I can thrive in both. I always love setting goals for myself and creating better ways to get things done. Over the course of the last 3 years, I have been coalescing these fundamental abilities to bring me to greater heights such as my ascension to a manager of a small fulfillment hub where I directed a great deal to branch all the necessary company goals of a sustainable and productive work culture and environment. Having such a big impact in a short amount of time gave me the immediate determination to challenge myself every day to bring a positive and outstanding team together to reach the levels desired. Learning from within and gravitating to the issues and methodically creating systems to improve our reach, standardize processes, and generate growth from within and throughout. These are the practices I want to continue to achieve and to execute and I hope to continue this in my new setting as well as my current one.
