Managing a program of projects to develop business of Investment Banking and Capital Markets group. Main responsibilities:- gather business requirements for the project;- eleborate project planning and schedule, provide execution control;- manage project resources and budget;- present project for managment and sponsors;- resolve project issues;- organization and plannig of UAT for developed solutions.Focus on projects related to implementation of new regulatory requirements (local and international) that have an impact to CMIB business. Also in charge for new Front Office systems implementations: Key point of contact between Bank and external vendor. Formulation of business requirements for development or customization on vendor side. Organize and managing integration process between Bank systems such us ABS, Kondor Plus, Systematica and external software: Bloomberg, Reuters, MOEX. Initiation and participation in contract signing process.Implementation of repository reporting for OTC derivatives, CBR regulation, EMIR, Dodd Frank Act, French banking law.
