Most awarded fine dining Pan-Asian Restaurant in Dubai inspired by Raymond Vishan , the creator of Buddha Bar world wide. My role as a Bar Supervisor is to manage the general bar operations, and lead the team towards world class standards. Fully responsible of managing the stock and bar orderings , I was also deeply involved in creating an accurate point of salessystem and back of house support. Responsible of doing weekly staff rota, my own sifts may vary from bar service, floor supervising and complain handling toclosing-manager procedures and reports. Also I am leading a weekly training program with staff, covering matters of knowledge, skills, guest approach and personal presentation.
