Overall responsibility for creating and maintaining the global MSSP strategy to ensure fully operational, compliant, and profitable MSSP solutions.Serve as the individual responsible for the identification, development, implementation, and management of managed services and SOC (Security Operations Center)Leading investigation and remediation efforts of incidents and events for all clients.In cooperation with Leadership Team, directs the development of an effective strategy to assess and mitigate risk, manage crises and incidents, maintain continuity of operations, and safeguard the Organization and its MSSP clients.Manage day to day operations of the Security Operations Center team, which includes SOC staff, queue, and all tickets in queue accordingly.Establishes appropriate standards and associated risk controls related to MSSP and Compliance business objectives.Mentor, coach & train staff with hands-on technical support in conjunction with the Security Operations Center (SOC).Provide strong leadership and own the effort to keep customers free from security incidents but respond appropriately when one occurs.

- Managing a team of 17 associate engineers and being responsible for its technical performance;- Enforce team's technical metrics and KPIs;- Work closely with the team manager, QAs and team members and utilize their roles to effectivelydrive the performance of the team;- Conduct daily team huddles, share updates, performance statistics, etc. ;- Actively Involved in internal improvement & optimization projects and initiatives;- Identifying key issues/concerns/suggestions and report them to direct manager, prepare action plansfor resolution;- Preparing analysis on the technical production for the weekly business reviews;- Participating in the weekly business reviews by providing technical details and analysis of the currentproduction;- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for any critical and high- severity issues.Products: ENS, VSE, MOVE, HIPS, Solidcore, MSAE, EPO, MALWAREMcAfee EPO and ENS Certified Product Specialist.

Technical and Customer Service Support for Corporate Clients:- diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner;- providing extensive troubleshooting and finding the root cause by requesting relevant log files, environmental information and reproducing customers issues in a lab environment;- Providing technical support for- ePolicy Orchestrator (EPO), McAfee Agent, VirusScan Enterprise (VSE), Endpoint Security, EPO-Cloud, SaaS, MXL email protection, Web Protection, Host Intrusion Prevention- interact with corporate clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries,concerns, and requests about products and services;- follow standard processes and procedures; - identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications;- accurately process and record call transactions using a designated tracking software;- follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;- stay current with system information, changes and updates

Responding to and resolving customers issues received via e-mail/web contact, phone or remote sessions; Managing resolution of technical issues and providing information about the products.

Editing video materials, creating television advertisements and compositions using various software- Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Photoshop, etc. . Creating visual design, visual concept, posters, banners, visit cards, promoting events etc
