As an Art Director, my role includes orchestrating external content producers, planning campaigns, and automating content. Through my work, I have gained valuable experience in managing complex projects and leading teams effectively. I work closely with various departments to ensure successful campaign execution and brand message alignment. As the Head of Marketing at zrhbrg., a Zurich-based startup, I have been involved since its inception and was responsible for the initial visual positioning of the brand. Since then, I have been responsible for the communication and external perception of the company. My initial tasks included researching the history of watches, creating visual content, planning photo shoots, and managing social media communication.With the introduction of the first website, my role expanded to include operations such as customer contact, process optimization, onboarding of new retailers, and an aggressive marketing strategy, which led to great success. My competencies in project management, communication, and branding enabled me to successfully implement marketing campaigns that effectively increased brand awareness and helped the company to grow. As a Junior Social Media & Project Manager, I was responsible for managing Instagram profiles, including content planning, designing websites, copywriting, planning and executing video projects for companies such as Omega, Mobiliar, and BMW. In addition, I managed the editing of images and videos, as well as planning advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, including managing advertising budgets. My competencies included a strong understanding of social media trends and user behavior, as well as proficiency in various software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Creator Studio, and Final Cut. My skills in project management, organization, and communication allowed me to successfully coordinate and execute projects with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
