Currently seeking for a new opportunity in Supply Chain Operations and not only. I have developed cross-functional skills that allows me to be a fast learner and enter immediately in a new environment. As self learner, this year i have started a new activity: host/manager of a structure on Booking.com and Airbnb. Main skills: ability to work under preassure where contingency have to be managed asap, being the customer interface and the one to challenge the actions internally and externally.I have experience in managing critical suppliers and high risks disruption in Supply Chain (e.g. semiconductor shortages that led to have 4 months of car stopped in the park due to microchip absence during the pandemic period). Main sector: automotive, automation and engineering, chemical and packaging.During my free time I love trekking: in particular I plan my own trekking finding the best solution which usually is the most challenging one but that gives you the best in terms of landscape, experience and I always find the way to get out any inconvenient along the way. Usually I involve my friends, convincing them first of all, giving them support in case needed and asking them it also.Solving issue ad high quotes where you are scared, acting as a team to find the way out, and overcome difficulties together, is what satisfy me the most. Currently I am seeking new opportunities in international contexts, where I can stay in contact with global teams, live diversity and find solutions working and collaborating together under high preassure.I desire to work for a company where innovation is the key and where solutions aren't in fixed scheme but where there is the possibility to work for objectives or a defined strategy also thinking and adopting solutions out of the box.
