Treatment and therapeutic modalities save lives. So what is therapy? Therapy is professional support. Mental health therapy involves seeking guidance from trained experts where you participate in a dialogue and through that you're able to heal. It centers on confidential conversations to address and manage mental health issues and then therapists use customized approaches to help individuals improve their well-being. What are facilitated groups?Facilitated groups are a shared experience where we get to bring participants together to share their experiences as well as their emotions and see firsthand the healing nature of people coming together to share their experiences. But it's not just a support group, right, because it's facilitated by a clinician, a trained therapist leads groups, helping to guide discussions, and offer insights, providing a safe and supportive environment.Since it's individualized treatment in a small group and led by a therapist it is true group therapy where clients can also benefit from that peer support and they can offer each other unique perspectives where they can bond and build community.Cross-efficiency makes mental health more accessible, from the comfort of your home via a fully remote program.We're able to give a variety of therapies and treatments and we take Medicaid.You can go through in person residential or online! Although virtual it is real-life practice, interacting within a group setting providing opportunities and then accountability. When people ask us why do patients show up, how is your attendance rate so good? Our group therapy is strong and there's accountability for every one of our peers for how treatment feels. They show up for each other because they've developed that personal connection.So that it's not mom or dad or the therapist or whoever in your life telling you to go, but instead it's your friends, your friends in program that you've met and because we're able to put clients together with people who are struggling with similar needs WITH evidence based outcomes researched by quantitative and qualitative data: thereβs significant decreases in depression, anxiety, self harm & suicidal ideation.
