PGCE Student - French and Spanish trainee teacher

My duties in this role consist of dealing with customers accounts, organising and following up shipments for the Italian, Croatian and Maltese yacht market; this involves speaking over the phone and via email with sales reps, regional managers, warehouses and carriers. I manage all of the complaints for the above countries; this also includes billing issues.

My duties in this role were to deal with customers complaints, dealing with billing queries and setting up customers accounts.

My duties we're to contact students who were interested in setting up utility bills for their accommodation and setting up their idea plans.
