I serve as the Topic Coordinator for the research topic "Innovations in Cognitive Assessment: Harnessing the Power of 360° Technologies" in the esteemed Frontiers journal of Quantitative Psychology and Measurement.

As a Post-Doctoral Researcher, I am at the forefront of innovative research in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to advance our understanding of cognitive disorders.My work focuses on the development, design, and psychometric validation of novel tests for cognitive assessment and rehabilitation using state-of-the-art technologies. I integrate emerging technologies into these processes, pushing the boundaries of traditional methodologies. My research extends to exploring the intersection between emotions and virtual reality, investigating how immersive experiences impact emotional states and cognitive processes. Additionally, I delve into the psychology of music, examining its effects on cognition, emotion, and overall psychological well-being. Through an interdisciplinary approach combining psychology, neuroscience, and technology, my research aims to provide comprehensive insights into cognitive functioning and innovative approaches to rehabilitation.This role allows me to contribute to the evolving field of cognitive science, particularly in developing novel, technology-driven methods for assessment and intervention in cognitive disorders. As Executive Director and Head of Content & Immersive Experiences at The Way, I lead our organization's strategic vision while spearheading innovative approaches to employee well-being and creativity enhancement.In my dual role, I oversee the development of cutting-edge immersive experiences utilizing virtual reality and other emerging technologies. These personalized experiences are meticulously crafted to boost employee well-being and unlock creative potential.My responsibilities extend to supervising the production of interactive, evidence-based training content. I ensure that all our offerings are grounded in solid scientific research, maintaining the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

I'm currently conducting two projects that share a theoretical foundation, as both are investigating the possible benefits of providing multiple explanations above and beyond the benefits of providing a single explanation, on learning.
