Responsibilities:• Ongoing preparation and follow up on order appointments• Extending and optimizing assortment for Women Training and Yoga• Supervision of supplier relations (in particular condition negotiations as well as order processing)• Close collaborations with the Merchandise Planning, Marketing and Country Merchandise Teams concerning Content, Ad Campaigns and Country-Specific Topics• Monitoring of all relevant KPIs• Monitoring trend analyzes und target-comparison, e.g. how do the sales of colors and styles • Creation of Performance Reports and optimization of the purchase Achievements:• Independent Assortment Planning and budget responsibility for selected brands• Creation of Moodboards for Exclusive Collections (Capsules), e.g. Bread&Butter Exclusive Collection Puma A/W 2018
