As a Commercial Project Manager I support all commercial, financial and contractual issues on various design and construction projects in the pharma and chemicals industry.As part of the PMO team my responsibilities include preparation and approval of Contracts/Additional Agreements, NDAs, Guarantee letters; Project and Cashflow budgeting; Financial Reporting; Bid and Procurement Management; Tracking and Control of Staff working time; Liaison with various project stakeholders and intercompany departments; Search for suppliers and subcontractors, Control of works completion and financial documentation flow; Reporting on Projects Financial Results and KPIs.

In my role, I was responsible for coordination of the project procurement, costs and contracts on various international projects: construction of the Cold Storage Distribution Centre in Tula region for HAVI / McCain; construction of a new quarz sand production plant for Quarzwerke Group; rehabilitation of the Residence of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Moscow and of the German Embassy in Minsk. I also managed all the project financial documentation in close liason with the financial and legal departments.In particular, I have developed and maintained a Procurement Plan for Russia which helped to achieve 15% of cost reduction and eventually to secure further contract placements with the Client.

I performed coordination of contractors, communications with clients, cost and contract management for the construction of the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku and Shahdag Ski Resort Hotels. I have successfully procured main services and works and secured contracts with contractors.

Belarus

On the project of construction of the Multifunctional hotel and business complex «Magnet Minsk» I set up the project office operating, including processes and procedures for bid management and project procurement, cost planning and control, contract management. I also participated in adjusting the FIDIC Yellow Book conditions of contract to conform to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

I was part of the international PM team for the RF Olympic Games Authorities. The role included assisting the team to investigate, analyse and prepare recommendations for establishing the PM procedures, i.e. progress reporting, org.structure, construction programming and scheduling.
