Plastic Soup Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Amsterdam. Our slogan is ‘No plastic in our water or our bodies'. We fight the plastic soup at its source and therefore, we focus on three main goals:1. prevent plastic from ending up in the environment2. share knowledge about the health risks related to plastics and plastic additives3. achieve an absolute reduction in the production and use of plastic.

Responsible for overseeing the internal relationships and sales processes of Tommy Hilfiger Underwear and Tommy Sport, being the link between the different offices in Americas, Asia, Australia and the headquarters’ team.Main duties: - business developmnet in non-EU markets by translating local market demand and trends into local and global strategies;- work with internal departments and external partners on short and long term projects and process alignment; - deliver high quality information/data to the division and local markets;- support company’s local sales force in achieving targets in own markets.

Responsible for achieving profitability of destinations Aruba, Cuba and Central America (higher sales volumes compared to the previous position) in 4 different markets (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia) by defining and developing the best product mix for hotels, excursions and additional services. Main duties:- manage strategic supplier relationships;- conduct competitive analysis according to destination and market;- develop product portfolio, ensure quality and availability, monitor new product offerings in market;- negotiate tariffs and contractual conditions (annual contracts, promotions, campaigns); - evaluate and launch new suppliers and products;- provide management with monthly sales and contribution reports;- travel to participate to trade fairs and to train sales force;- write product related content.

Responsible for achieving profitability for diverse destinations in South America (Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Venezuela) in 4 different markets (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia) by defining and developing the best product mix for hotels, excursions and additional services.

Responsible for the commercial management of the category COOLER (chilled and frozen products) for 85 stores across the country.Main duties: - define business development strategies for the category and for specific critical suppliers: strategic planning and implementation; - define product, price, promotion, distribution mix (including product allocation); - negotiate tariffs and contractual conditions; - provide management with monthly sales and contribution reports.

Support in developing business to business relationships for the customers of the association. Compagnia delle Opere is a non-profit organization that helps companies through creation of business networks, in Italy and abroad, support in internationalization processes, promotion and organization of events.After the internship I wrote my master thesis “ Business to business relationships and communication. Case study: Matching 2011” based on the experience.
