About Valentina Carta

Nell’ultimo anno ho introdotto l’insegnamento con l’obiettivo di diffondere le mie competenze professionali e di imparare dallo scambio con i miei studenti.Da dieci anni dedico la mia professionalità a latte creative un’agenzia di comunicazione specializzata in campagne sociali per il non profit. Amo soprattutto il poter creare impatto, innovazione e cambiamento nelle realtà in cui opero, e prendermi cura del mio team, offrendo stimoli, scambio e crescita.Nel mio percorso in Latte sono passata da essere l’unica senior project manager, a creare e sviluppare un dipartimento solido e strutturato di project management di cui sono ancora a capo e che oriento e guido, con una forte delega sui progetti. Negli ultimi anni, dopo una pausa per far creacere mia figlia appena nata, ricopro la carica di direttore di produzione e COO, occupandomi tutti i giorni di far crescere l’azienda negli ambiti strategici e di processo, portando valore e innovazione attraverso metodologie di design thinking.Vivo a torino e continuo ad amare organizzare e risolvere problemi, sviluppare nuove strategie di comunicazione nel Digitale, viaggiare e fotografare la mia vita, e soprattutto praticare ashtanga yoga e cercare di essere la mamma giusta per mia figlia Beatrice.
