Ospitare Trasformazione is a training initiative which aims to build the capacity of consultants, trainers, social innovators, educators, HR specialists and change agents to better facilitate transformation processes and better host meaningful conversations that lead to wise actions within their fields. It offers workshops that use action learning and demonstration within a safe environment where participants can practice their newly learned consulting and hosting skills.Within this project, as initiator and entrepreneur, I played the functions needed to organise, brand, market, launch, promote, sell, and support in the delivery of the initiative coordinating and liaising with participants, trainers, media specialists, venue managers, caterers, accountant and contractors. In 6 months, January - July, OspitareTrasformazione has:- Reached 2870 people through its main website (4781 pages visualised) - Organised and hosted a promotion initiative in Milan ( 35 attendant)- Designed and delivered 2 trainings (in Milan and Rome)- Built the capacity for its 40 participants- Stimulated the emergence of collaboration and projects between participants
