As test manager, I am (and feel) responsible for spreading a culture of quality across all the development and test automation teams, keeping track of test tasks for new feature, exploratory and regression testing, planning test events and working in team with the development manager to make sure to meet deadlines.At the same time as an engaged test engineer, I enjoy when i can go deep in test techniques and be able to make testing as a fundamental of a quality proofed development process, adaptable to the groove of the team I am working with.
