Supervision of all activities aimed at innovation, planning and development of the assigned course, guaranteeing full student satisfaction levels and providing coordination and support to the lecturers; ensuring the smooth running of the programs and the correct delivery of the teaching activities. Key purpose of the role: Course Planning – Ensures analysis of the reference industry context, for the purpose of assessing projects for new courses requested by the Area Leader; submits proposals for modifying the current courses; supervises activities for elaborating the programs of single courses; ensures the production and review of handbook; approves the didactic programs. Oversees the quality of the assigned course; provides support to the Area Leader in cross-disciplinary integration activities; holds meetings to offer guidance and support to lecturers and students; ensures management of the budget and the preparation of purchase requests. Faculty Leadership - Ensures support to the Area Leader for the definition of the faculty, and the educational content; ensures support for achieving the expected results of each single module; ensures support to the Area Leader for managing the recruiting of new teachers and monitoring the performance levels of current faculty members; offers mentoring activities to the teachers; supervises academic activities covered by assistants and manages requests for support forwarded by teachers. Student Care – Offers front end and support for students, concerning all academic matters. Promotes and facilitates the progression of talented and suitable graduated students to courses. Support to non-Academic activities - Participates in promotional events in order to support Enrolment and Communication activities, offers support to Industry Relations and Career Service for promoting sponsorships, internships and projects. Teaching – Deliver all scheduled teaching activities: lectures, exams, admission exams, thesis supervision and workshops.

I did 1 plus 1, searched him on the net, found him on Facebook and wrote him a message. 'Marcello, I have an idea. We have to work together and write a book about your story'. He said yes, I found the right publisher, and after a year we did it. The book was out and in every bookstore.
