Executive Assistant in the Marketing Department: my main duties were managing charity programs in cooperation with non-governmental aid agencies, organizing events to promote the corporate image and keeping contacts with external agencies for the launch of new products and the choice of new packaging in collaboration with the project managers. I also translated documents for presentations and meetings and kept the Marketing Director’s agenda.Clinical Research Assistant in the Medical Department: my main duties were managing clinical trials and paperwork with the Ministry of Health, coordinating sponsorships and the centres for the clinical trials and keeping contacts with the professors involved in the trials. I also translated internal documents and technical texts such as protocols and codes of conducts.
