Main responsibilities:Support production, analyze process deviations, perform preventive and corrective actions to get a stable process. New machine installation, qualification and validation and draft all documentation related to it. Design and drive experiments to verify process capability.

Main responsibilities:· Designed and drive experiments to fabricate and characterize future products: - Create and maintain process flow for short loops, BEOL and CMOS wafers; - Define and adjust technology specifications;· Responsible for the several CMOS products: - Integration of new products - Successful work with various stakeholders (internal and external); - Coordinated the work within Technology Development Team; - Cooperation with different process teams (Litho, CMP, Metal and Dielectric deposition, Dry Etch, etc);· Managed qualification tests of new lithography mask set;· Prioritize the lots of products in the aligning with the company’s overall strategy;· Keep track of the schedule of the lots and anticipate the next challenges;· Regular update management of the status of the development.

Main responsibilities:· Supported product development process and performed improvement activities related to the Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) technological process;· Perform data analysis in support of technology and activists;· Responsible for the overall process control and process quality of tool, decision making (regular, post long Idle, post PM, post troubleshooting);· Used primary tools common for the semiconductor industry: DOE, SPC, 8D, PCRB, etc;· Developed processes and methods to deliver solutions to company technology challenges.

Main responsibilities:· Installed and qualified new tool for copper CMP (AMAT Reflexion LK). Successfully collaborated with vendors and internal surrounded groups;· Successfully transferred technology from 200mm to 300mm tool for Copper, TaN and USG CMP;· Laid down operating instructions (Operation manual, OCAP, SPC procedure, Safety regulation manual);· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting process issues on CMP tool;· Training new employees how to operate the equipment and basic technology.
